1. Introduction & Overview
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website AngeliquePellegrino.com and ResetAndWin.com.au (“Sites”) and your participation in therapeutic sessions, consultations, audio programs, and related services provided under the business name Reset My Life and The RESET Blueprint™ (“we”, “us”, or “our”), led by Angelique Pellegrino.
By accessing our Sites, booking a consultation, or engaging in any session, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must refrain from using our Sites and services.
2. Nature of Therapeutic Services
Reset My Life delivers non-medical therapeutic methodologies including Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT™), Clinical Hypnotherapy, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Timeline Therapy, CBT principles, and transformational coaching.
- Not Medical Advice: Our services, 90-minute sessions, and 21-day conditioning audio recordings are designed for emotional, subconscious, and personal development. They do not constitute medical, psychiatric, or psychological diagnosis or treatment.
- Medical Disclaimer: If you suffer from severe mental illness, epilepsy, clinical psychosis, or cardiac conditions, you must consult a qualified medical doctor prior to engaging in hypnotherapy or RTT™.
- Client Commitment: Transformation requires active participation, openness, and completion of the mandatory 21-day personalized audio conditioning process following your session.
3. Booking, Payments & Cancellation Policy
Fee Payment: All session fees and program investments must be paid in full prior to your scheduled session unless a prior written payment plan has been agreed upon.
Rescheduling & Cancellations: We require at least 48 hours' notice to reschedule a booked 90-minute session. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice or no-shows will forfeit the session fee due to the dedicated practitioner time reserved.
Refund Policy (Australian Consumer Law): Under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), statutory guarantees apply to our services. As therapeutic services involve practitioner time and bespoke recording creation, refunds are not provided for change of mind once a session has been conducted. If a service fails to meet a consumer guarantee under the ACL, you are entitled to statutory remedies.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
All content on these Sites and within our programs — including text, logo artwork, the 5-step RESET Blueprint™ framework, custom audio recordings, quiz diagnostics, and graphic designs — is protected by Australian and international copyright and trademark laws.
Your personalized 21-day audio recording is licensed strictly for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not broadcast, copy, distribute, re-record, or resell any audio or materials provided by Reset My Life.
5. Confidentiality & Legal Disclosure
Reset My Life adheres to strict professional confidentiality standards regarding all personal information, session recordings, and case details shared during therapy.
Confidentiality may only be broken if required by Australian law, court subpoena, or where there is a clear and imminent threat of harm to yourself or others.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian Law, Reset My Life and Angelique Pellegrino shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or economic loss arising from your use of our Sites, reliance on information provided, or participation in our transformational sessions.
7. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland and the Federal Court of Australia.
